This is the 2nd annual Vegetarian food Festival in NYC by the US Veg Corp. The first of which was a huge hit. The festival has three stages, two for lecturers, and one cooking demo area. It invites many vendors to showcase at the festival as well. Rather than focusing on the more radical animal rights approach to vegetarianism I decided to accentuate the freshness and healthiness of the vegetables. I photographed them over head to give a cooking perspective so the viewer gets an idea of the hands on activities involved with the festival.
